使っていない香水たち。

使わないけど瓶が好きなもの、いただきもの。
そして日々少しずつ減っていく洋酒たち。
ウィスキーはドライフルーツとキャラメルのような香りが好きなマッカラン。
ブランデーも樽の木の香りと煮詰まったような甘い香り。
そしてクレープ・シュゼットの匂い、ほろ苦い砂糖漬けオレンジのグラン・マルニエ。甘ったるいのは苦手だけどスモーキーだったりビターだったりするとどういうわけか途端に好きになる。
ブランデーとグラン・マルニエで作るサイド・カーはこのラインアップで作れる唯一のカクテルです。（要、レモン）
もちろんシェーカーも持ってます。学生時代はバーテンダーごっこができるくらい洋酒を並べていたけど今は遊ぶ時間がなくなったのでこれだけ。
バーかパブでアルバイトしたいとずっと思っていたけど結局やらなかったなー。

I collected many liquors once like bar when I lived in Antwerp, but now, I only stock some whiskeys, brandy and some sake in fridge.
I tend to choose liquors with sweet and smoky scent.
My favorite cognac, Macallan smells like dried fruits and caramel...
which is good for Sidecar, made of cognac and Grand Marnier .(the only cocktail I can afford with this line-up.)
I'd been wanted to work as a part-time vartender when I was a student...I didn't try by the end.
